He currently focuses on Green Asset financing, renewable energy and economic development projects in Asia, Africa and Latam.

He has an extensive exposure with African governments especially on PPP transactions and worked in +20 African countries over the past 15 years. Maxime was recently in charge of M&A and Business Development for Africa at GFG Alliance, a sustainable and green steel / aluminum / renewable energy conglomerate. Maxime also worked on several Green and Sustainable Bond Issuance projects.

He successfully acquired public and private financing for numerous projects and supervised their implementation, with budgets of up to 25 million EUR when working in 23 African, Latin American, Asian and European (with focus on Balkans, Eastern Europe and Post Soviet space) countries. Witold has strong background on the Polish market and focuses on opportunities related to the coming huge recovery and reconstruction efforts in Ukraine. With long experience of working with International Organisations (UN, EU, WB, KfW, GIZ, SDC, SIDA, DFID, Polish Aid, USAID) and major private sector companies including MVV (Energy & Utilities), Donau Carbon (recycling), Alpinus (chemical technology company), Information and Communication Technology sector, including CISCO, Microsoft, Intel, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Fraunhofer Institute (Berlin) and Banks. He worked directly and advised in various countries 4 Deputy Prime Ministers, 2 EU Commissioners, numerous Government Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Heads of Regional Governments and Heads of Municipalities as well as CEOs and/or Country Managers of all big private companies mentioned above. Master in Business (UCL), he started working at General de Banque in the investment advisory division. In 1999 he joined Foyer Group, first as a wealth manager and later as Chief Investment Officer. He helped the UK-based asset manager Prosperity Capital to launch its first investment fund in Luxembourg . Over recent years Cedric has advised African Governments (DRC, Nigeria, Guinee) on structuring Green Bonds and forestry/ Energy related projects.
